Am I responsible for damage to the RV from the result of something that’s not my fault (ie; hail damage, vandalism, tree limb falling, etc.)?  During the rental term, as the Renter, you are responsible for any damage that occurs whether your fault or not.  We do provide, at no charge to you, RV insurance during your rental term which covers damage. You would be responsible for paying the deductible.  Refer to the Rental Agreement for more information. 

Can I get a refund of days unused if I return the RV early?  When you schedule your dates the RV is taken off the market and those dates are lost for other potential renters. As a result we do not give refunds for unused days. 

Is there a cleaning fee?  Not if you return the RV as clean as you received it (inside and out). We provide cleaning supplies for the inside, and there are numerous RV / Truck washes in town. However, it is not required that you return the RV clean. We will clean it for a charge if you don't want to bother. A basic cleaning (wipe down) is $50, and an exterior wash is $50. If the interior requires more than just a wipe down (carpet cleaned, dishes, spills, etc), that will be turned over to a professional cleaning company and their charge will be deducted from your deposit. 

Can I bring my pet?  We do not allow pets in our RV's. Mainly this is because some renters have allergies to pet hair, etc. We have also had bad experiences in the past when we have allowed pets.

Do you provide sheets / bedding, towels?  We don't.  We don't have the proper equipment to clean them the way a hotel would.  We do provide protectors on all mattresses. 

What if I’m late for my pickup or return time?  This is an important one.  If you're late for your pick up time there could be a delay of hours before we can get back to you. We may have other appointments and / or deliveries. This is meant to protect YOU, and other renters, from having to wait because of another late arrival. If you're late for the designated return time you will be charged $20 per hour past that. 

What is your refund policy?  We offer a 50% refund for cancellations received 31 days or more from the beginning of the rental term. There are no refunds for cancellations received within 31 days of the beginning of the rental term.  This is because once you book an RV those dates are taken off the market for other potential renters.  Since most rentals are booked weeks, even months in advance it is almost impossible to find another renter for those dates. There are no credits or rain checks given.
